Instructions: Place shower steamer on the shower floor at the very edge of the flow of water. Sprinkle a bit of water on the steamer to activate, the steamer will then release the oils into the air. Breathe deeply and enjoy! Any crumbles leftover in the package can be used on the shower floor. *Due to the potency of menthol this product is for ages 6+.
